Products & Pricing
All products displayed on vaulx.store are subject to availability.
— Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — VAULX reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice — The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted — In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. VAULX reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
Accepted payment methods: — Cash on Delivery (COD) — Bank Transfer
Orders are confirmed only after payment verification or COD confirmation. VAULX does not store any payment information.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via email at info@vaulx.store or through WhatsApp.
— Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed — If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible — Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days
Delivery
— VAULX delivers nationwide across Pakistan — Delivery is free of charge on all orders — Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation — Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control — VAULX is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or public holidays
Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Privacy & Policy page for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. All return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Intellectual Property
All content on vaulx.store — including but not limited to the VAULX name, logo, brand identity, product names, photography, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of VAULX.
— No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission from VAULX — Unauthorized use of VAULX intellectual property will be subject to legal action — The names The Keep, The Folio, The Hold, The Carry, The Archive, The Vault, The Gather, and all other product names are proprietary to VAULX
Limitation of Liability
VAULX shall not be held liable for:
— Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website — Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party courier services — Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account or order information
Changes to Terms
VAULX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of vaulx.store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
