RETURNS
Eligibility for Return
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:
Accepted reasons for return: — The product arrives damaged — The product is defective — The wrong item was delivered — Change of mind — exchange for another item only, no refund
Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Conditions for Return
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
— Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery — Item must be unused and in its original condition — Original packaging must be intact — Proof of purchase must be provided — Items showing signs of use, customer damage, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return
Return Delivery Charges
— Defective or incorrect orders — VAULX covers all return delivery charges — Change of mind exchanges — the customer covers return delivery charges
How to Initiate a Return
Do not send anything back without contacting us first.
Step 1 — Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return Step 2 — Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions Step 3 — Pack the item securely in its original packaging Step 4 — Hand it over to the courier arranged or confirmed by VAULX

REFUNDS
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
— The product arrives damaged — The product is defective — The wrong item was delivered
Refund requests must be raised within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your Options
If your order has a genuine problem, you choose how we make it right:
Option 1 — Full Refund We will refund the complete amount paid via bank transfer within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Option 2 — Replacement We will send you the correct or replacement product at no additional cost.
Option 3 — Exchange You may exchange the item for any other product available on vaulx.store.
The choice is always yours.
Change of Mind
If the product is in perfect condition but you wish to exchange it for a different color, size, or style:
— Exchange is accepted within 14 days of receiving your order — No refund will be issued for change of mind — Return delivery charges are covered by the customer — Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Sale Items
— If a sale item has a genuine defect or problem — full refund, replacement, or exchange applies as normal — If a sale item is in perfect condition — no refund and no exchange — Sale items in perfect condition are considered final sale
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
— Refund approval or rejection will be communicated within 48 hours — Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days — You will be notified once the refund has been initiated
