Returns & Refunds
We stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or an error on our part — we will make it right.
Damaged or incorrect orders If there is a problem with your product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
No issue with the product If the product is in perfect condition but you wish to exchange it — for a different color or size — we are happy to arrange an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. No refund will be issued in this case.
Conditions for return or exchange — Item must be unused and in its original condition — Original packaging must be intact — Proof of purchase must be provided — Returns or exchanges initiated after 14 days will not be accepted
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — free of charge.
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. You will be contacted once your order is dispatched.
— No delivery charges on any order — Delivery available to all major cities and towns across Pakistan — Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation — Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays
Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods:
— Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your order arrives — Bank Transfer — details shared upon order confirmation
All transactions are handled securely. VAULX does not store any payment information.

When you place an order with VAULX, we collect only what is necessary — your name, contact number, and delivery address. This information is used solely to process and deliver your order.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third party. Ever.
